Patented Processes & IP Portfolio

Commercially proven technologies developed over 30+ years by the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis and Topchiev Institute, now exclusively licensed through Energy & Engineering.

Flagship Technology

Zeoforming® Process

A zeolite-catalysed (ZSM-5 / KN-30) process that converts low-octane straight-run naphtha into high-octane gasoline (92–96 RON) in a single reactor unit. Eliminates the need for conventional multi-unit reforming complexes, hydrogen plants, and platinum catalysts.

Developed over three decades by the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis (Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences) and the A.V. Topchiev Institute of Petrochemical Synthesis. Five commercial installations processing over 2 million tonnes since 1992.

Technology Comparison

Zeoforming® replaces the conventional 6-unit gasoline production chain with a single compact reactor. Operating at low pressure (0.5–2.0 MPa) without hydrogen supply, it delivers comparable or superior octane ratings at a fraction of the capital and operating cost.

Conventional Reforming
